Dr.Hedyeh
Dr. Hedyeh Ziai, MD, is a board-certified surgeon, and an additional double-board eligible surgeon.
A native of Toronto, Canada- she completed her BHSc. (Honors) in Health Sciences, and then received her medical training at the University of Ottawa. She then completed her head and neck surgery training at the University of Toronto receiving numerous awards including the Facial Plastic Surgery award for achievements in the field of research, and preservereance in attaining the highest level of expertise in the performance of facial plastic surgery. She then completed a one-year American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) fellowship in Beverly Hills under the tutelage of Drs. Ben Talei, Richard Zoumalan, and Karan Dhir.
She has a keen interest in natural facial rejuvenation procedures including face/neck lift, lip lift, eyelid and brow lifts, rhinoplasty and non surgical adjuncts including nano fat/PRP, fillers, and neurotoxin procedures. She has over 50 peer reviewed publications, book chapters, and conference abstracts. She has lectured at numerous local, national and international conferences.

Dr. Parsa Salehi
Dr. Parsa Salehi is a highly trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Beverly Hills with an accomplished academic background. Having earned degrees from multiple Ivy League universities, his work and research have garnered international recognition.
Dr. Salehi also graduated from Yale University with a Master of Health Science (M.H.S)—recognizing his commitment to medical research and scientific advancement. At Yale, he participated in multiple healthcare related entrepreneurial initiatives, winning awards at several university and state-wide innovation competitions.
After Yale, Dr. Salehi elected to further sub-specialize, by completing one of the most selective and prestigious fellowships in the world, at NassifMD Plastic Surgery with Dr. Paul Nassif and The Center for Advanced Facial Plastic Surgery with Dr. Babak Azizzadeh. During fellowship he also trained with world-famous adjunct faculty including Dr. Benjamin Talei (facial plastic surgery) and Dr. Guy G. Massry (oculoplastic surgery). Concurrently, he held privileges at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he thoughtfully cared for patients and served as a mentor for the resident head and neck surgeons.
After fellowship, Dr. Salehi extended his training in facial rejuvenation, lip lifting, and oculoplastic surgery spending additional time learning from internationally renowned experts, Dr. Benjamin Talei (Beverly Hills Center for Plastic and Laser Surgery and Cupid Lips) and Dr. Guy Massry (Massry Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery).

Dr. Faryan Jalalabadi
Houston native, Dr. Faryan Jalalabadi, grew up in the heart of the world’s largest medical institution, the Texas Medical Center. Dr. Jalalabadi felt a special calling in his teenage years, to help people with his hands as a surgeon. After studying business and biology at the University of Texas at Austin at the esteemed McCombs School of Business, he returned to Houston to embark on his advanced surgical training.
After cultivating his passion for anatomy and completing his medical degree at the University of Texas – Houston Medical School, Dr. Jalalabadi was accepted into one of the nation’s most prestigious plastic surgery residency programs: Baylor College of Medicine – home of the silicone breast implant. There he trained under the intense tutelage of some of the world’s most esteemed plastic surgeons at revered hospitals including M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Texas Children’s Hospital and Houston Methodist Hospital. Throughout his years in training, Dr. Jalalabadi sought out and trained under prominent plastic surgeons across the country from New York City to Chicago to Los Angeles, continuing to apply global techniques to his own personal craft. During his final year of residency, Dr. Jalalabadi spent months training with aesthetic giant Dr. Rod Rohrich in Dallas, Texas.
Upon completion of his residency in Houston, Dr. Jalalabadi was accepted into the country’s finest aesthetic fellowship, The University of Southern California – MarinaRox Aesthetic Fellowship in Los Angeles. During this year, Dr. Jalalabadi had the unique opportunity to begin his career in aesthetic surgery under the guidance of many of the world’s most brilliant aesthetic minds. Practicing in the world’s largest hub for aesthetic plastic surgery, Dr. Jalalabadi has special training in state of the art techniques in facial, nose, breast and body surgery including in-office procedures. He is passionate about human anatomy and highlighting the natural beauty that exists in all of us.
